Talent manager and TV producer George Shapiro dead at 91
He represented such stars as Elvis Presley, Jerry Seinfeld and Andy Kaufman.
One of the most famous talent managers who represented stars from Jerry Seinfeld to Andy Kaufman, George Shapiro died at the age of 91. He passed peacefully of his own accord at his Beverly Hills home.
No other details of the television producer's death have been reported. Shapiro had surrounded himself with some of the most famous fame throughout his career, including even Elvis Presley. He worked with Carl Reiner personally.
