Mother-of-three Hilary Duff admitted she was very scared to strip for the cover of Women's Health
However, she is happy that she did it.
Hilary Duff recently did a nude shoot for Body Issue of Women's Health 2022. She confessed that she would be far from as confident as she may appear in the photo.
Hilary said that the whole process really scared her, but she was able to overcome her fear thanks to the fact that she was very supported in the shoot, and she felt safe. Also, there were no men around, so she was able to undress publicly.
"I'm so happy I did it. I'm not that person that cruises around my house naked, ever. It was scary," she wrote on her social media.
