‘It almost killed me’: Elliot Page reveals the darkest days of his success before transitioning

Elliot Page recalled the worst days of his career. He claimed before transition the success of Juno was hurtful for him. The actor revealed wearing dresses was excruciating.

"This sounds strange to people, and I get that people don’t understand. Oh, f**k you, you’re famous, and you have money, and you had to wear a dress, boo-hoo. But that’s mixed with: I wish people would understand that that sh*t literally did almost kill me," Elliot Page told Esquire.
