15-year-old Zaya Wade declared herself transgender in 2020. The NBA star also expressed concern about authorities restricting access to gender-affirming health care for trans youth, E!Online writes.
"Come and live a day with my daughter. Come and see how it is to walk through this world as her. I'm still afraid every moment she leaves the house," Wade said.
