"Happy birthday to this beautiful lady Ren you are PURE CLASS! I know how lucky I am," the 42-year-old reality TV star wrote.
Before the affair with Zellweger, Anstead divorced his wife Christina. They are raising a one-year-old son Hudson together.
Renee does not comment on her new relationship, but Ant occasionally shares details of their personal life with the public.
